Delete your Akira Build Tracker login
Option 1: inside the app
- Sign in with your mobile number and password.
- Open Overview and scroll to Your login.
- Tap Delete my login, then tap it again to confirm.
Your login is deleted at once and you are signed out.
Option 2: ask us
Send us your name and the mobile number you sign in with, on the phone number on our website. We delete it within 7 days and confirm to you.
Only filled the details form, with no login?
On the app's sign-in screen, tap Your details, then Delete my details. Or ask us as in option 2.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted: your login (mobile number, password), your details (name, phone, email, gender, date of birth) and the link to your house.
Kept: the building records of your house (progress, notes, site photos, drawings), because they belong to the construction contract and warranty. The security log keeps a record that a login existed and when it was deleted, for about one year. We keep them for as long as the contract, warranty and the law require, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep them.
